Phone reservations are accepted and will be confirmed upon receipt of a security deposit ($200 for condo's/cottages) within ten (10) days. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is 60 days prior to departure date and nonrefundable if cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival date. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit for any cancellations. NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAYS.

 

Total Rental (Cash, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Personal Check -- ( Their is a 3% charge if you use a credit card) is to be paid at time of check in. The advanced deposit becomes the security deposit for the unit and will be held IN ADDITION to your rental until the unit is checked out undamaged (Normal wear and tear accepted.)

Condo/Cottage rental day begins at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Checkout by 10:00 a.m.
Renter is responsible for any damage to property.
Renter will be charged for entire time of your confirmed reservation.
No refunds for late arrivals or early termination.
NOTE: add 14.25% Tennessee sales tax to all rentals.

 

In order for us to keep on schedule, please do not ask to check-in EARLY or check-out LATE.
