Each
Condo contains 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths,
kitchen, dinning area, and a living area overlooking the lake. In
order for us to keep on schedule, please do not ask to check-in EARLY or
check-out LATE. Off Season rates

One Bedroom cottages with two (2) double beds, fully equipped
kitchen, one (1) full bath, living room with full size sofa sleeper & dinning area. TV,
VCR with movie channel & air conditioner in each unit.
Condo/Cottage Rental Information

Phone reservations are accepted and will be
confirmed upon receipt of a security deposit ($200 for condo's/cottages) within ten (10) days. Deposit is refundable
if cancellation is 45 days prior to departure date and nonrefundable if
cancellation occurs less than 45 day prior to arrival date. A $50.00
cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit for any cancellations. NO
REFUNDS ON HOLIDAYS.

Total Rental
(Cash, Cashier Check,
Travelers Check, or Personal Check -- We Do Not Accept Credit Cards)
is to be paid at time of check in. The advanced deposit becomes
the security deposit for the unit and will be held IN ADDITION to
your rental until the unit is checked out undamaged (Normal wear and tear
accepted.)

Condo/Cottage rental day begins at 3:00
p.m. (Eastern Time). Checkout by 10:00 a.m.

Renter is responsible for any damage to
property.

Renter will be charged for entire time of
your confirmed reservation.

No refunds for late arrivals or early
termination.

NOTE: add 9.25% Tennessee sales tax to all
rentals.
