is to be paid at time of check in. The advanced deposit becomes
the security deposit for the boat and will be held IN ADDITION to
your rental until the boat is returned undamaged (Normal wear and tear
accepted.)

All houseboats must be accompanied by a safety
motorboat. Bring your own motor boat or rent one from us.

Houseboat Rental day begins at
3:00 p.m.
(Eastern Time). Boat must be returned and unloaded by 10:00 a.m.
There will be a $50 per hour charge for late returns.

Houseboat renter must check in and be ready
to leave the harbor at least one hour before dark or boat must remain
in harbor until next morning.

Marina will provide assistance for
breakdowns during working hours as quickly as possible. however, a
$25.00 fee will be charged for any service call due to renter's negligence.
In order for us to keep on schedule, please
do not ask to check-in EARLY or check-out LATE.
