Phone reservations are accepted and will be
confirmed upon receipt of a security deposit within ten (10) days.
Deposit is refundable if cancellation is 45 days prior to departure date
and nonrefundable if cancellation occurs less than 45 day prior to arrival
date. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit for any
cancellations. NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAYS.

Total Rental
(Cash, Cashier Check,
Travelers Check, or Personal Check -- We Do Not Accept Credit Cards)
is to be paid at time of check in. The advanced deposit becomes
the security deposit for the boat and will be held IN ADDITION to
your rental until the boat is returned undamaged (Normal wear and tear
accepted.)

Fuel is not included in rental rates -- pay
only for what you use. The design of these boats provides maximum fuel
efficiency.

Renter is responsible for any damage to
rental boats and/or other property.

Renter will be charged for entire time of
your confirmed reservation.

No refunds for late arrivals or early
termination.

NOTE:add 9.25% Tennessee sales tax to all
rentals.

In order for us to keep on schedule, please do not ask
to check-in EARLY or check-out LATE.
